Review Phase

All business relationships need to be reviewed periodically to ensure both parties are receiving the benefits initially planned. The objective of the review phase is to either extend the outsource relationship for a further period or to terminate it.

Extending the outsourcing arrangement should involve a review of the services provided and the metrics used to measure their performance. Our agreement with you will determine how termination can occur. In this event, and should you require, we can assist with the recruitment of suitable staff, and in-house project management systems for you to use, and train your staff.
